For a small fee, they can also enjoy the giant 30ft inflatable fun course, bungee trampolines and more.

Take a spin on the Big Wheel for a bird’s-eye view across the bustling showground and the breathtaking Estate beyond – a perfect moment to take it all in! Small fee applies.

We were thrilled to welcome the Dumfries & Galloway Vintage Machinery Club to Galloway Country Fair again this year!

They’ll be bringing along a fantastic selection of vintage tractors and classic machinery, proudly presented by their owners. Whether you’re a farming enthusiast or simply love a bit of nostalgia, this is a brilliant chance to get up close to some incredible pieces of agricultural history.

Visit the pop-up petting zoo with the opportunity to get up close and personal with everything from highland cows and meerkats, to African land snails and snakes. Small fee applies.

Keep an eye out across the showground for even more interactive stalls and exhibitions. Get hands-on with the Nith District Salmon Fishery Board, try your luck at gold panning, or enjoy a face painting makeover and a sweet treat of candy floss.
