20th May at 3pm & 16th June at 11am
Have the short cold winter days and long nights made your mood lower than usual or maybe you are feeling stressed with work and life pressures, or simply want to self-improve for the year ahead?
Why not relieve some of that stress by coming to a free mindfulness walk in the castle gardens. Whilst the gardens are closed to the public they are the perfect relaxing space to learn the art of mindfulness with absolutely no interruption.
The walk will be taken by a professional mindfulness coach where you will learn to become closer with nature and your body. It will help you strengthen your concentration, make you more aware and connect you to the present moment.
Afterward we will have tea and coffee and a chance to chat and discuss our thoughts on the walk. £Extra charge (in the tearoom)
Meeting place: In the castle carpark (in front of the castle)
Next Date: 20th May
Duration: The walk will be 1 hour
Cost: £Extra if you would like to stay afterwards for tea/coffee in the tearoom
