Monday 18th February at 11am and Monday 18th March at 3pm
Have the short cold winter days and long nights made your mood lower than usual or maybe you are feeling stressed with work and life pressures, or simply want to self-improve for the year ahead?
Why not relieve some of that stress by coming to a free mindfulness walk in the castle gardens. Whilst the gardens are closed to the public they are the perfect relaxing space to learn the art of mindfulness with absolutely no interruption.
The walk will be taken by a professional mindfulness coach where you will learn to become closer with nature and your body. It will help you strengthen your concentration, make you more aware and connect you to the present moment.
Afterward we will have tea and coffee and a chance to chat and discuss our thoughts on the walk. Although the walk is completely free, we ask for a small donation of 50p for the drinks and biscuits at the end.
Meeting place: In the castle carpark (in front of the castle)
Date: 18th of February
Duration: The walk will be 1 hour
Cost: 50p if you would like to stay for drinks and biscuits at the end
