Yoga For Sports – October

Come along and enjoy yoga in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Drumlanrig Castle.
This is a Vinyasa Flow yoga class aimed at runners, cyclists and other sporty types looking to improve performance and avoid injury. Yoga will often give people longevity in their sport by helping with strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and mental focus. This class will work core strength, release tension through stretching with awareness and safely strengthen muscles. Suitable for all levels. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Led by local teacher, Jane Bailey, join this weekly one hour ‘drop in’ class here at the Drumlanrig Castle stable yard. Weather permitting, the class will take place outdoors with the glorious backdrop of Drumlanrig Castle. With no need to book in advance, you simply turn up with an exercise mat and plenty of enthusiasm.
Classes are every Monday, starting at 7pm and cost £5 each. This allows access to the Estate with no standard Estate entry fee on top.
