Stableyard Space - Available to Rent

We currently have a flexible space available to rent within the Stableyard, offered on a daily or weekly basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for pop-up shops, exhibitions, workshops or classes, allowing you to make use of the space without the commitment of a long-term lease.

The available unit – Unit 3/4 – is situated in the heart of the Stableyard, directly opposite the Garden gate. The main room is spacious and light, featuring two large windows with built-in under-window storage. A raised section adds character and definition to the space, while conveniently placed electrical sockets run throughout.

To the left, a connecting door leads to the adjoining Unit 3, complete with a sink and water supply – ideal as a staff area or secure storage space for exhibitors. This secondary room also benefits from its own external door, providing direct access to the Stableyard for added convenience.
