The East Wing exudes luxury. Enjoy breakfast with a view in the fully equipped kitchen complete with large island, modern fixtures and fittings. The large, spacious living room is the perfect spot for relaxing with friends and family with its wood burning stove, cosy sofas and dining area.
The two spacious bedrooms are located up a spiral staircase, with views out to the Castle and surrounding scenery. Both bedrooms come with comfortable beds featuring integrated televisions for lazy mornings. Integrated bluetooth speakers, chairs and stunning views make relaxing a priority here in the East Wing.
The East Wing also features a family bathroom, ensuite shower room and handy utility for storing walking boots and more.

"At Drumlanrigs East Wing, you can feel like a Duchess or a Duke for a day. The two-bedroom-flat is right next to the castle, stretching over two floors. The large living room with a working fireplace is a wonderful place to spend time with friends or family. There is a full size kitchen with modern appliances, too. Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper floor, each with a queen size bed with heavily bedding and mattress. There is a lovely view from all windows, overlooking green pastures dotted with sheep and ancient trees as far as the eye can see. The East Wing is a home away from home and I would love to return to Drumlanrig anytime."

"After a long journey from Brisbane, Australia, arriving at the East Wing for our holiday over Christmas was exactly what we needed. Everything we could have asked for was available; from a beautiful kitchen, large spacious and comfortable lounge to the gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms - it was all there and ready for us to enjoy - even the timber for the wood burning stove was there next to the stove! And to be able to enjoy some of the many walking trails around the castle was a great way to clear the head - enjoy the fresh Scottish winter weather and start to recharge our batteries after many hectic work months. We loved our time at the East Wing and would highly recommend this property to other travellers and holiday makers looking for a flexible, convenient and very comfortable place to stay in Dumfries & Galloway.
