Welcome to Mains Cottage
Located in a quiet spot next to the estate office, the property has private parking for up to four cars and both a front and back door for easy access into the property.
‘Mains 2’ has a lovely fenced wraparound garden where guests can enjoy views across the wider estate or little ones can play. There is also a BBQ and dining area to make the most of the outdoors.
Idyllic Interior
The property itself has a large living room with comfortable sofas, 55-inch smart TV and a log burner, perfect for cosy movie nights after a busy day exploring the region.
There is a downstairs double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a further en-suite bedroom with king sized bed and a twin bedroom upstairs, all tastefully decorated.
The property has a large hall cupboard, perfect for bags, buggy, wellies, etc.
The newly renovated main bathroom has a bath with shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick shower to get you ready for a busy day of exploring.
The large dining kitchen comfortably sits six. The ideal place to enjoy a large delicious breakfast made with local produce. The modern kitchen has everything you need, with integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob.
There is oil fired central heating throughout, ensuring you will have a warm and cosy stay whatever the Scottish weather brings!

"From the initial booking and throughout our stay the estate staff were so professional, helpful and very friendly. The cottage was as we expected (had stayed in one of the castle apartments last year) and proved to be a great base for exploring the estate and the local area. It was very dog friendly and the garden was very secure. We will definitely return for another visit and enjoy the walking and fishing the estate has to offer."
