Welcome to Laundry Cottage

Laundry Cottage is perfect for a group of friends or a large or extended family. Up to six guests can enjoy the cottage which has two double bedrooms (one en-suite), and one twin room with two single beds.

Located in a quiet spot with lovely views of the Estate. In late Autumn and Winter you can even see views of Drumlanrig Castle through the trees!  There is a large fenced off garden and the property has parking for up to 3 cars.

Come Inside

The property itself has an open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, 55-inch smart TV and a log burner, perfect for cosy movie nights after a busy day exploring the region. The modern kitchen has everything you need, with integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob.

There are two downstairs bedrooms. One is a cosy double with beautiful panelling detail. The other is a large twin with two single beds which can be zipped together to create a king.

Downstairs also benefits from a good-sized family bathroom with claw foot bathtub and overhead shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick shower to get you ready for a busy day of exploring.

Upstairs you will find large ensuite bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

There is oil-fired central heating throughout, ensuring you will have a warm and cosy stay whatever the Scottish weather brings!

The Great Outdoors

Outside you can enjoy an enclosed garden with views through the woodland to Drumlanrig Castle.  The property is ideal for dog owners, with some of the estates waymarked walks minutes from the front door. The property also boasts a much sought-after Ooni pizza oven (multi-fuelled) and hot tub.
